Children's Discovery Museum

My mom and I took the boys to the Children's Discovery Museum. We took the lightrail for the first time which was a hit in and of itself!

Grandpa's Birthday

We went to a Japanese Restaurant (Kubota) to celebrate my dad's birthday. It was delicious and Cole and Tyler used their special chopsticks that Grandma gave them for Christmas.

Mother's Day

For Mother's Day I wanted to take the boys to the Boardwalk. They had such a blast! The cars were a favorite for both of them.

They even went on the Log Ride. It's their first roller coaster ride!
This boat ride was more their speed!
Then we played on the beach for a while.

T-Ball

Tyler is in a T-ball class through Los Gatos Rec. He's a natural!

Tahoe Getaway

Our friend Leesa let us borrow her house in Lake Tahoe. We always feel so privileged to be able to use the house and enjoy God's creation! Tyler went straight for the pier!

The first day we hiked up to Eagle Rock. There was snow on the ground! You can't beat snow balls in May!

Day 2: We took another hike at Sugar Pines State Park. Geoff found the perfect stick guns for the boys.

Day 3: One of the things that we remembered from our last visit was feeding the geese. This time around the geese were not around, but Geoff managed to lure them over when he heard them in the morning. This was a little before 7 am!

Our third hike was split in two. We went out toward Emerald Bay for part of it.

We saw a beautiful waterfall. Then we went hiking up toward Eagle Lake.
