Awana Award Ceremonies

Cole and Tyler did an amazing job memorizing verses this year in Awana.  This is Tyler's last year.  He will be moving on to TnT.

Hitathon

Our baseball fundraiser is the Hitathon. 

 The boys hit for distance.

 They added a new element this year.  Fastest time running from homeplate to first base.  Tyler and Cole tied for first place on their team and ended up getting second for their division in the league!  They both ran it in 3.75 seconds.

Make Up Walkathon

Our school walkathon gone rained out twice, so they did a make up walkathon day after school.

Beautiful Day in San Francisco

On a rare, non-game day, we headed up to the city to enjoy the farmer's market and some city fun!

 Tyler and Cole always love riding the cable cars.

 We stopped by the Cable Car Museum.  Tyler was fascinated.  He loved seeing the actual cables that run the cars.

 We ended the day with some ice cream at Ghirardelli!

Spring Break

Tyler and Cole ended up having a different week for Spring Break than me.  Geoff took them on a bike ride from Santa Cruz to Capitola and back.  They got clam chowder on the pier and pizza at Pizza My Heart in Capitola.

 On Wednesday they headed up to Lake Tahoe for a few days. They played in the snow and even went skiing one day.

Easter 2012

Easter morning!  We went to church then over to Granny and Papa's.

 We had an egg hunt at Geoff's parents' house.  I love that the boys still look forward to things like this.
