Boardwalk Family Day

We had a family day at the Boardwalk and went to Seabright Beach afterward. The boys always love going to the beach! This was the first time that they saw the cement whale.

Children's Discovery Museum

We went to the Children's Discovery Museum again since I hadn't gotten the chance to see the new Alice In Wonderland exhibit. It is very cool! Highly recommended for preschoolers!

Cole's First Dentist Appointment

Cole had his first dentist appointment. He was excited to go since he's seen Tyler have his teeth cleaned; however, as many of you know he has a sensitive gag reflex. He gagged with the x-rays and the brushing and the water that they spray in to rinse and the flossing. Let's just say that by the end of the appointment I had to be laying underneath him and we just got half the teeth flossed because I didn't want to be thrown up on! Oh well, maybe next time!

Tech Museum

We're trying to make the most of the last few days of summer, so we went to the Tech Museum. I thought it might be a bit too old for Tyler and Cole, but they had a blast. A lot has changed since I was there!

One of their favorite things about the museum was actually the ball run that was outside.

Tyler's Haircut

Tyler's hair is getting really long! I've been cutting it myself since he was a toddler because he was terrified of the clippers. Since his hair was getting a little bowl-shaped, I buckled and took him in. He did great and we still get to keep the long hair!

The Cowboy Party

Tyler and Cole went to Tyler's buddy's 5th birthday party (Sandis). The theme was cowboys so they got to go on pony rides.

Seabright Beach

I can't believe that summer is almost over again! It just goes by too quickly. I decided to try to fit in a few more fun outings before school starts. The first one was a trip to the beach. Always a favorite for Tyler and Cole. I dug gigantic holes for each of them!

Then, we made a tunnel that connected Tyler's hole to Cole's!

Tivo Family Carnival

Tivo puts on a great family carnival every summer. We went out to meet Geoff for lunch at the carnival. Even Geoff got in on the fun!
